
Uvea
The uvea is that the middle layer of the eye. It lies beneath the white a part of the eye (the sclera). The uvea consists of the layer and structures of the eye beneath the white of the eye (sclera). it's three parts:
These structures control many eye functions, including adjusting to different levels of light or distances of objects. Inflammation of 1 or more of those structures is called uveitis.
